promethazine is needed but you can still get high without it. prometh makes you nod and just intensfes the high a lot more. over here doctors would give you promethazine aka phenergen no problem but not with codeine. in europe you can get cocadamol fukking otc and just drop a bunch of them in the promethazine and make your own shyt. any anti-histamine works but phenergen works best.
