Yes A.I played better in that video, and yes he was 34 and lost a step or two, but Curry was not the dude he is today in that year.
I think Steph Curry is now the best shooter of all time, period.
I also think Curry has a better team around him than A.I ever had, when you look at Thompson, Green, Barnes, Bogut etc. that's one hell of a team. He also doesn't have to take as many shots as A.I did to compensate for a lack of other offensive talent. It's basically why Steve Nash has such good shooting percentages. Steve only took choice shots because there were other offensive weapons around. He didn't have to get into chuck mode like A.I or Kobe.
See that's one thing you guys who throw the "chucker" label around don't realize. When you have other offensive talent, you can pass the ball more and take choice shots. Oh boy now your shooting percentages are lookin real good. But if you don't have any other offensive talent around you, now you gotta shoot more, and that percentage inevitably slips downward.

Nash efficiency had more to do with the system than the talent around him
He had good teams in dallas but he had better efficiency at 37byears old in phoenix than he did at 29 in dallas
