I do agree with the approach to let it play out in court. However, if he's found guilty, cut him immediately after the verdict.

All you are doing is reinforcing the notion that black men are commodities that are just meant to entertain you. You know what the niners can do get him counseling to prevent situations like this from occurring again instead of just tossing him aside and saying good luck. Where he can ended up worse without the little bit of structure the niners did provide him. Look at Aldon Smith, do you believe the niners or the raiders did all they could to help that man? I put it to you like this fam, if someone accuses you of shyt, I don't think you would like it if you are immediately convicted in the court of public opinion and have everything taken away from you. That's why we have a justice system.
