The more I think about this, the more I think the Niners need to move on from Foster.

No matter how good Foster is no player is worth this. The Niners need to either put him on the inactive list and not even allow him to come to participate in any football related activities until the whole process is over or outright cut him and make drafting Smith a priority.

Bottom line, the Niners (and more specifically Shannahan and Lynch) need to decide what they want the Niners to be and represent. If you’re going to portray the image of zero tolerance, then you gotta be that no matter who the culprit is. If not, then we’re just the Bengals of the West.
