Exactly. I'm more for the development of the younger receivers like Osbourne and Pettis. Dez hasn't done nothing special in damn near 4 years. Spend the money on need.

Dez has stated he only wants a one year deal and it's not like we are hurting for cap space. If there Niners want to bring him into camp to COMPETE them I don't see anything wrong with that. You can always kick the tires on somebody to see what they look like in your offense. There's nothing wrong with competition.

If he’s willing to take a min deal then why not? Honestly I don’t care but it’s good to have depth, injuries will happen
