I think he is going to compete for Raheem Mosterts spot. Also we need a more traditional back because our run blocking was worrisome in the preseason.

Mostert plays ST so I doubt Morris cant take over unless he completely flashes
There’s no room for him unless there’s injuries.

I disagree. He's getting the remainder of preseason to show he's in game shape and that he can contribute.

I don't think he brought in Morris to be a camp body. The run game was in my opinion awful in Cowboys game and he has as good of a chance as anyone to make the final 53.
The run game was awful because the blocking was terrible

I agreen about the blocking but we need guys who can navigate between the tackles and pick up those tough yards. Morris can get those for you, and thats all we need from him.
Shanahan doesn’t care about that, look at Atl. The outside zone sets up all his playaction calls/bootlegs and sh!t.

well mostert is making the roster if hes healthy because he plays on ST
so, McKinnon, Breida, Williams, Mostert, Juice....that should be it for the backfield
