Only thing that makes Nas look bad is admitting he gave bad songs to Def Jam for Lost Tapes 2. You can't possibly look at that other shyt and say Kanye is in the clear unless you're being disingenuous.
You want to say Nas doesn't need his hand held fine, I agree with that. But this was a clear cut case of chaotic sabotage by someone who is mentally unwell. Nas' only mistake was not calling the label and saying if you put this out I will never promote or acknowledge it. Maybe he could have gotten it scrapped, and then given them the Nas Album Done record. I don't know the dynamics of that, whether that album was fully complete/ready to go but there's no way I would have let Kanye come to Queens to play THAT album in front of my peers and OGs.
And before someone brings it up...the Pusha album sounds great because it was worked on the longest. It was the first album they started, before Kanye decided to do multiple records in a short span. So it wasn't a rush job and Pusha worked with Kanye in studio.
