You the same dude who bounced?

What did I bounce from :jbhmm:

I'm very disciplined. Been stressed out for years and need to get right, I got no educated brothers around me man we broke nikkas trying to get right, no men of means just mothers and prayers. We the type to be in jail, I'm not in jail.

I had no educated people around me either. On top of that I was financially responsible for pretty much my entire family. But at the end of the day the only person who was gonna get me out of my condition was me.

Even if I signed up I'd be later everyday cuz by the time i'm off the bus classes started already.

I had to drop out my 2nd quarter of school because I didn't have a ride. I saved up my pennies and bought a car so that I wouldn't have to beg anyone for help.

Quitting and downgrading is the only real option. Weekend classes aren't for what I want, some shyt like business administration or something.

If you feel you gotta quit then quit :manny:

We're sort of in the same boat. The good thing is you dont have any kids. It's hard to major in STEM and go to school full time. You need a job that's not busy but also can work with you on your schedule. The ideal situation would be you working a night job. Im not sure if you do labs or not. But if you could go full time and finish your classes by 3 or 4. then work a night job from 3-11. You need a job that has a lot of downtime. maybe help desk or a security gig. Nightime is perfect cause management wont be all over your back. Another option would be to go online. UMUC has a biotechnology program. I was thinking about doing that or labratory management. (I have credits towards a biology degree) Accredited Online College | UMUC

That's what I was thinking security guard. Overnight.

But I have to shave my beard and I'm already balding since I'm :flabbynsick:

I'm applying for all types of shyt, gonna have to downgrade first. But no 8 hour job is worth it if you can't do shyt with it financially.

I worked an overnight job at a state hospital for the majority of my way through school. Patients took their meds @ 8 and were in bed by 10 and I had the rest of the night/morning to study. They even had programs for people in school to accommodate your schedule and grants. It was rough though some days I would only get 3 or 4 hrs of sleep before I had to get up and go to class and try to learn. Good luck breh.

No military, I got a few people I'm with now I don't know how much longer I can stay home if I want too. I probably will do that. Plenty of agencies got shyt jobs to do, they see black men they get happy cuz they throw thst shyt on you.

You're not saving 5 or 10k on that type of money, don't know where you got that from.
You can if you get a second job now and start saving until you go to school. You gotta start thinking about other revenue streams besides one job. Maybe think about doing customer service (help desk) positions that allow you to work from home - this is also a job you can have while in school.

And don't waste your time with a Business Management degree. Do something more specialized.

In my experience, providing a driver's license is typically a part of the admissions process, then if they have reason to believe they need to look further, they will ask for proof of residency. You might also get flagged after the FASFA, as you will have to provide last years tax return.

Edit: if you have a parent that lives in that state, they may give you a pass. Its best to look at the school's FAQs or handbook to determine what can give you eligibility.

wouldn't do that....

thinking bmet but the payscale is kinda low 44k a year average.

yeah most likely I won't be here much longer... might just grab some slave shyt around my house.

90 minute commute so a second job is still a killer.

Hollywood work in coral gables.

16 mile drive to the metrorail, then jump on the train for a 45 minute drive.

Or bus to train station.

Serious question, what did I bounce on :patrice:.

:beli:

We're you expecting me to hold your hand through the entire book :usure:

:comeon:nothing to do with what you 'bounced' on:sas2:

You have Google breh, learn to use it :comeon:

Haven't asked you for help since but i appreciate help in setting up a domain, would have been easier in hyper-v though, that's next but regardless appreciate what you did. :salute:

Like I said, i'm from the real struggle so i overreact when someone chooses to assist, not used to that.:to:

all good, enjoy your day:salute:
