If the draft shakes out like it does in the Coli Mock thread I'm drafting Haliburton or trading back. I'm convinced the Knicks can trade back a few spots and still draft Kira and I'm about maximizing value.

If you want a tie breaker vote though then I'll chose Deni:unimpressed:

If Deni falls to 8 he’s absolutely the pick guys... he’s a no question top 5 talent in this draft.

Yeah, he's definitely the pick at 8 if he falls. Do we take him or find a GM that really wants to move up for him is what the question becomes. If I could get another 2021 pick and move down to still grab a second tier guy, I'm all over it. 2021 is the prize. I've seen heads say that guys 8-10 next year would be arguable for the top pick this year.

The fact that Julius Rotation was still on that roster :hhh:
We might as well get used to Julius sticking around for another year. I don’t see him being off loaded unless it’s a Chris Paul deal. I just hope we play him as a 6th man like Montrezz Harrell.

‎Pod Strickland: Episode 19: Feat. PD Web on Apple Podcasts

Really good podcast with PD Web (does a lot of great draft analysis and really understands player development) on exactly how the Knicks mismanagement failed guys like Frank and Knox and why we can be hopeful about their futures with Kenny Payne and Johnnie Bryant in the building.

Also made a few points about Mitch I liked, one being that the first thing Payne gives to every big man he develops is a go to post move (usually a right hook). He also said that high foul rates among young centers is usually a good sign because it shows that they at least understand something is happening and they need to be there. Worst thing you would want is a center who never fouls because it means they’re never in play defensively. Mitch needs to be more proactive then reactive and he feels that comes with communication, the biggest thing he lost by not going to college for the year.

A deep dive into the love of Frank Ntilikina, and his value in the present and future — The Strickland: A New York Knicks Site Guaranteed To Make 'Em Jump

Cacs talking about Frank’s chiseled face and fashion sense and regurgitating 90’s Knicks defense bullshyt and trying to rationalize this French fakkit getting extended to 5 years, $50M using bullshyt projection analytics, reaching comparing him to P.J. Tucker, and posting misleading on/off numbers and citing a bullshyt misleading 52% corner 3PT on fukking 27 attempts and 86% FT on 1 fukking attempt per game sounds like you mfs :scust:

All this talk about defense and no mention of his 4.3 fouls per 36 minutes, somehow in year 3 managed to foul more than ever.
