On the one hand I'm averse to giving up picks for a GM or in any deal that doesn't bring back star talent.

On the other hand, we need a proven basketball mind in the Front Office badly to bring some stability to the organization. Not to mention we have all of our picks, and Dallas' 2021 & 2023 picks

Edit: Doesn't make sense to keep picks if we're gonna keep pissing away the talent we draft like we've done for the past decade plus

I think Marc Jackson can develop this squad. Say what you want but dude is a winner. He's the type of coach, to get his team to be competitive. That's what yall need.
