fans have a love affair with Frank
some fans already gave up on RJ and he hasn't even finished his rookie season :dead:

Knox looks basura but I remember PLENTY of games when Frank was complete ass

Posting 0 points, 0 assists, and like 1 rebound

What's the difference now? Confidence

Frank always showed something whether it be hustle, defense or IQ even when he wasn't scoring breh :mjlol:.. Knox looking like a space cadet out there :unimpressed:

you missed that ball knox saved out of bounds :unimpressed:
Last season's Knox looks better than this year's Knox
There has been a regression and I think it is mental
As Knox looked better earlier in the year than he does now
Love affair for Frank y'all have
If Frank who looked hopeless at times can improve, so can Knox

I still remember that first summer league game last year where he was knockdown:wow:

For sure, I’m gonna give Knox the same confidence I gave Frank.

I still cant believe this nikka Perry really tryna turn the Knicks to his recycle bin :mjlol:
perry really believes if he assembles all his old picks like voltron he will recreate the early 2000s Pistons and create a champion

Why the fukk are you trying to recreate an outdated style?

That's how dumb and clueless this FO is

Hopefully the Drummond talk is just them trying to dump DSJ and Randle(and no one else) for Drummond who is expiring this summer

That wouldn't be a bad move at all but Knicks would follow a decent move with something stupid like signing Drummond to a max contract:stopitslime:
That's being optimistic considering it's the Knicks

Nah difference is that Frank didn't have confidence and also didn't know how to dribble, shoot and run an NBA offense. Knox plays like he doesn't want to be out there. I've seen people do their court ordered community service time with more desire.

There is no excuse for his play. If getting punked and embarrassed by Zion in summer league didn't light any fire in him nothing will. Only way his performances would make sense is if news came out that he had some off court issues or mental illness.

Knox needs to bulk up and he needs to link with C-Brick or something and tighten his ball handling and develop some god damn go to shot creation moves this offseason.

He needs to come prepared to play PF next season.
He has size :dame: to bully SFs and speed and shooting ability to get past PFs but he would rather camp out on the three point line. I won't even talk about his defense.

He doesn't need to be sent to G-League, he needs to be sent to Lithuania :camby:

What happened to the floater? :mindblown:

What happened to the transition driving and foul drawing? :mindblown:

I believe he did improve this offseason. He was making smart passes he wouldn’t have made last season.

His defense while still atrocious has improved, his positioning and foot work has gotten a lil better and has become good for a nasty block now and then.

He’s finishing more efficiently at the rim. This guy just needs to stop floating around the three point line. His shot profile is mostly threes and it’s a shame because when he drives he has a decent knack for drawing fouls with his wiry frame. His in between game is non-existent and his handle and foot speed suck man. Then you got his weak motor and underdeveloped frame. It almost dooms him as a prospect. He’s lucky he could C&S because if he couldn’t he wouldn’t be in the league.

RJ is currently at 43% EFG 46% TS
Eerily similar to Ingram's 44% EFG 47% TS
Look at what Ingram is doing now

RJ has a lot of room to grow and improve
I actually think he will improve at a faster rate than Ingram did considering his mentality and bball iq
The question is will he have a higher ceiling than Ingram?
Some Knicks fans have already given up on a rookie:dead:
