Don't know anything about Rose; I've heard about World Wide Wes.... On the surface this sounds like a hire based on relationships. I think that while relationships can help, it seems like the old model of "let's just sign all the stars we can" instead of paying attention to scouting and player development. That's what I would really like to see. Look at Miami last night; I was watching the game and some of these dudes who were balling out had me like "where did this niigga come from?"

if hiring rose www and all these other guys connected to this new wave of the nba get us players and a ring, im all for it .
I could be wrong but i feel like they’re more connected to the old NbA. Used to hear a lot Wes a lot more work Melo and Lebrons class of guys. The OJ Mayos and such. I haven’t heard his name in years.

Well Stoute and World Wide Wes have cultural capital real black front office shyt.

Let’s be real salt and pepper Mills was seen as a “cornball brotha” and D-Rose shytted on him.

I just found out Leon Rose is a Jew lol. But he’s represented and been connected the to best the Iversons and LeBrons.

I don’t know about these guys basketball acumen definitely don’t seem like analytic basketball geeks with eye for talent and team building. It seems like a power, nepotism hire and these guys will look to attracts stars and players connected to their consultant firm and agency.
