Miller has that Thibs and other old school coach mentality where young guys don't get the development they need. They prefer vets who are already who they are

Which is detrimental to this teams future,ur gonna lose 50 games this year and next year who cares about the vets,you cant waste losing seasons and not develop...Randle and Payton aint gonna be around in 3-4 years...they are filling the gap from now to when this team is competitive again,if they cant understand that then they should be traded in the summer...Rose needs to be clear on this.

If the rumors of Thibs coming is true due this CAA bullshyt it's a wrap for another decade at this point if that's all Rose is coming forWe need people who care about basektball and in the modern era desperately

I hope thats just a rumor,he aint the coach for a young team...Need a younger coach who plays a modern system who encourages transition and motion.I know the coach perfect for that job but he aint leaving anytime soon.

I had a conversation last night with my Dad about Elfrid Payton. He likes Elfrid, Randle and Portis. Doesn't like RJ and says Frank needs to be able to shoot.

I said, "Wait, do you think Elfrid can shoot?"

"Better than Ntilikina"

"How about I pull up the numbers?
Elfrid is shooting 22.2% from 3. Frank is shooting 31%"

My Dad -

"Frank is shooting 38.5% overall, Elfrid is shooting 43%"

My Dad - Ahaaaaa

Frank's problem isnt skill, it's confidence and aggressiveness. Guys have it or not. Coby white is a rookie but he has it in spades. Frank's passiveness cant be coached out, it's on him
