the fact that you got ppl in here defending frank and blamin fiz for his horrible.performance is truly insane:russ:
no wonder outsiders be lookin at us funny
if he played like trash, just say he played like drank
rj is 19 and in his first game had a better game than frank has had in entire life...and use fizdale is coaching him too:russ: btw
So this loss isn’t and fizdale and his shytty starting lineup that put us down by a lot at the beginning of the game?

it isn’t fizdale fault he didn’t call plays and let his boys run iso at the end?

Na let’s make frank the scapegoat for our loss. The frank hate is real.

Frank was playing scared again. That last turnover I don't think he knew if he wanted to size Murray up, call for a screen or pass the ball, you could see the indecisiveness in his body language. He ended up throwing this awkward short pass to Randle that got stolen and then he commits a dumb, desperate foul on the other end like he's trying to make up for the turnover. Frank still plays like a guy who's scared to make mistakes, and ends up making mistakes anyway because of his tentativeness. I'm trying to figure out where all that confidence from this summer went too. I'm not trying to overreact to one game, but for the last year or so it feels like he gradually regresses somehow whenever he steps on the court.

It’s that leash they got him on. Dude gets pulled as soon as he makes mistakes while everyone else is free to roam and play through their boneheaded mistakes. He clearly wants to do well but knows that it’s gonna cost em his job if he fukks up. He’s playing nervous out there.

saw a lot of frank criticism but I think trier and DSJ should get it too. Trier couldn’t buy a basket in the 7-8 minutes he was out there and that supposedly his strength. DSJ couldn’t hit a shot, was getting his ankles broken and he’s supposed to be the athletic pg and primed to take over. Peyton surprised many of us and liked the job he did tonight. Let’s lay out the criticism evenly and not just attack one person.

never said frank is da reason we lost
and no, our starting line up isnt da reason we lost.
we coulda started who u wanted to start and we still wouldnt of won
spurs are a better team
da nba is about runs
u blame fitz for da spurs coming back down 6 and going on da run,
but u give him no credit for coming back down from.16 on da road against a better team.
u guys have started this whole "its da coach's fault" agenda so u dont wanna back down
da team sucks end of story

We can give him credit for both. I give him credit for deciding to go with a pg that was able to organize the offense and pick up the intensity on defense. I can also fault him for the poor lineup decisions he made when the team gave up 18 straight points and 4 separate guys decided to abandon any semblance of an offense and tried to play hero ball bricking step back threes.

Knicks, Yankees, Giants and The BX
That was a fun game to watch well into the 4th quarter. Those last 4-5 mins were ugly though. I kept waiting for Fiz to call a play or something, but he just let them hero ball their way out of it. Not putting the L on Fiz, just something I was looking for in those last few mins. I'll chalk those last few mins of the game up to a sub 25% chemistry rating :yeshrug: gotta move that chemistry slider up a lot more.

theres blame on both da players and da coach
and peyton for gettin in foul trouble, because without that he probably finishes da game.
but my point still stands, in the 4th qrt when the game tightens up, you need a star player you can trust to close da game or atlesst get some momentum stoppin buckets when u need them.

we simply do not have dat yet, and we will continue to lose close games and its not all about da coach.

i see some ppl in here ridin da nets cock talkin about they have a system and shyt but no, they won games because russell developed into an allstar player and reliable scorer when he needed to be.

didnt watch da nets game yesterday but kyrie had 50 and i highly doubt it was scores within a system lol
we just need better players
