nah its not talent. they have the athleticism, lateral movement and capability.....its just randle and portis are low iq players. it is what it is.

I can't remember who I was arguing with before season started when I said we have 3 good defenders and a bunch of turnstiles.

Mitch, Frank and Morris RJ has also really impressed on defense, I didn't expect that after the summer league. But he's still a rookie and makes some mistakes.

It was me. I don't think Taj Gibson, or Wayne Ellington have proven to be turnstiles. Dotson has been good in the 5 minutes he's gotten this season too Why isn't he out there again?

against a terrible bulls team. that doesnt count for much in the grand scheme of a 82 game season....which we're likely stuck with him for.

A game ago everyone said that was the MAIN problem. Tonight Frank's outplaying all the Piston's point guards and we're still losing.

the problem still exist.
frank isnt playing badly, but his stlye of play doesnt set up guys to score.
.
we are often passing the ball outside of da key over and over again and then forcing shots. thats because we dont have a point guard that puts these guys in the best position to score. so we have a bunch of role players who are used to being set up, playing iso.and forcing shyt.

when you beat your man and drive the lane, it opens up da whole floor. the defense has to rotate which means players are open.

we dont have anyone that can do that.
