It was, quite literally, a historic performance. According to Basketball-Reference, Ntilikina became the first player in Knicks franchise history to tally at least four made 3PT's, four thefts and three blocks in the same game. Furthermore, at 21 years of age, he is also the youngest player in NBA history with at least four triples, four steals and three swats in a single contest.
If these guys want to be taken seriously this the type of team they need to beat to take that first step. Gotta separate from the other bottom feedersWinnable game vs. Cavs tonight
Tristan Thompson is off to the best start of his career so watch out for him

Which player LOST a starting position? The position was up for grabs. That's why half the games Elfrid started, and half Dennis started. Through 4 games coming off the bench Frank played better than both. So if one of them was supposed to be the defacto starter they LOST that position in Game 1 when none of them started. You don't think that if the 2 pgs who were trying out for the starting pg position don't get it that the third should get a run? Or that he should at least see time on the court before halftime?porzingis was phils pick so that doesnt make sense.
people arent losing starting positions over pre season.
Nah, I don’t think the issue is revolving around Melo. I don’t even think many of the fans feel that way. I’m a big fan of his and Frank and don’t care for Fiz. It’s strictly about the front office being petty with Phil and shyt we probably have no idea what happened in the final days. The anger over Phil shytting on Fat Iverson is the source of this irrational behavior I'm convinced. If Mills and co had picked Frank the aggy behavior would be a fraction of what it is.
There is a strong correlation between Fat Iverson stans and dudes who get in their feelings over Frank. These dudes also tend to be the ones who cape for Fiz trash ass.
It's ok guy's, it's over, Phil can't hurt your feelings anymore. He was right about Fat Iverson and that fact will forever piss you off. But direct your anger towards Phil somewhere else beloved's. He's gone and Fat Iverson will forever be remembered as a underachieving disappointment. Frank could break his leg tomorrow and it still wouldn't satisfy your lust for anger towards Phil. He did a number on you guys, got lifelong fans jumping shipand defending garbage coaching. The Zen Masters troll game sticks to folks ribs long after the fact, it truly is impressive.
Some of us like a player who does great things on defense and others think defense is only useful when it's accompanied by average offense.Nah, I don’t think the issue is revolving around Melo. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I just don’t understand how the fukk Frank has polarized the damn fan base so damn much.

I also think we're having 2 different discussions alsoThis has always been the real debate. All that Phil/Melo talk has zero relevancy on the debate about Frank.
I feel that pass first / defensive-minded PGs should still have a modicum of offensive competency for two reasons. The first, is to keep the defense honest. The second reason is because there are times a team needs the PG to put up some points when nothing else is working.
The last two games have shown that Frank has potentially become a competent offensive threat. In other words, a well rounded point guard.
I’ve seen this story before.

Frank was an overwhelming net negative when he stepped on the court his first two seasons![]()
