Honestly I agree no reason to get caught up chasing another coach. Just build on what we have. Try to get some picks, hope for PG luck and keep this season moving.

Then RJ would have 3 coaches in a span of 1 season
I suggested earlier in this thread to give him a short term deal to see what he can do with more talent, better fitting pieces, and training camp
Then if proves he's not the guy then wait until his short contract is up
