I know complete overreaction but if he proves to

1) be able to hit the 3
2) can play defense
3) can run the offense

how is he not the starting PG?
I will laugh if Allen is the PG solution

Then if the Knicks get Edwards, you hope RJ + Edwards develop like Tatum and Brown in Boston who have almost identical stats

Imagine two 25+ ppg scorers in Edwards and RJ on your team
Can run the offense from either side with those two
