But dont we need Elfrid
Nah bro. It’s been said Spike is an a$$hole and full of himself typical rich film director shyt. I could see him feeling a way at his routine being disturbed.
Woody Allen was actually banned from MSG at one point
Spike supposed to be this huge Knicks fan yet he got us some more bad press that affects free agents coming here![]()

Frank Isola posts shouldn't be allowed in here![]()

Good
Though I bet that is more due to tourist not traveling as much...... Still fukk Dolan
Gonna be hard because he's gonna get courted by a lot of teamsChristian Wood needs to be the Knicks #1 priority in FA
Well if we csn get FVV that’s great but CP3 is the type of vet our team can Use to develop the young guys and winning mentality unlike elfrid Portis and the guys playing for new contractsI still don't think this is the wave. If they want a vet, chase FVV hard and I can't be too mad. If they just want a PG, the draft is loaded with options that are anywhere from great to really promising. If they want leadership, find a cheaper option...teams had VC coming off the bench and helping the roster at the end of his career. FVV would be the most expensive alternative, my guesstimate is 23-25 million is his high range. CP will be making 41 million next year and 44 the year after by comparison.
All of that said, I don't completely hate this. Especially if we manage to finally luck out in the draft and have Edwards/Barrett on the wings. This would be fun to watch
CP3
Edwards
Barrett
Stretch 4
Mitch
with Frank able to come in for 1-3.

The money makes no difference because we not getting any big star to come here unless we show that we changed the culture .I feel you, but he's a 40 million dollar 36 year old leader. It's a pretty big contractual commitment. So while I'm not completely opposed (I think he could work wonders with Frank and RJ, so of course I'm not gonna hate it); I do think we should explore alternative options. I should add though that I'm on the assumption OKC will look for compensation or at minimum not want to take contracts back. If they took Randle and didn't want any assets back, I'd be down to do this.
