I don't understand why Thibs would want the job here, we're literally rebuilding. It should be common sense to hire the coach that showed he can coach a team of young guys who were late firsts and second round pics, and actually show PROGRESS, but then again we do dumb shyt.

Because of the CAA connection, because he's 62 and looking for the last payout, because even though he's a winning coach his style of play is not in demand these days.
