I wouldn't give Mitch 4/80, but he's a special talent and the Knicks should try to hold on to him if possible. Breh is one of the few bigs who can defend on the perimeter, and that's what separates him from other shot blocking bigs in the league. A big reason why someone like Gobert gets ran off of the floor sometimes is because he can't defend guards and teams actively seek that switch out ( he was a bit better at it this year though), teams can't really do that with Mitch.
The Knicks would be dumb to turn down a rotation player and a draft pick. If this is on the table then Rose needs to pull the trigger.
