Frank is a low motor player

Was gonna link this if someone else hadn'tKnicks fansided had an article by JB (founder of Knicks Film School and super on point) that broke down all of the different ways the Knicks can extend Mitch. It definitely gave me some more perspective on our options.
Knicks: Pros, Cons of extending Mitchell Robinson this offseason
U can’t be serious quoting me with a dahell face right now you can’t
I don't define giving a raw PG a chance as fluctuating their minutes game by game every season from game 1. But no one wants to go down this path again soExactly and after giving Frank a gazillion chances lol.
Year 2 and they saying it's a bust.

Do you know what the hell a low motor player is? You literally can't have a low motor and be a good defensive player. In fact, how many times have we seen Frank be the only player get back on defense on a turnover even if it's his own?U can’t be serious quoting me with a dahell face right now you can’t

Offense dude offense. I know you would quote me with some dumb shyt about defense.Do you know what the hell a low motor player is? You literally can't have a low motor and be a good defensive player. Drafting a player doesn't guarantee they'll be good just because you selected them. Look, I agree with you that the Knicks should select a high ceiling player but that's only because they finally seem to be focusing on development. But there are also other teams who are already far beyond us in terms of a development system being in place. The chances of us selecting a player and another high ceiling player being selected afterwards being really really good is gonna be high no matter who we select. We should try to select based on both upside and fit. If that's Cole Anthony then cool but I'm not so sure it is.cole > vassell
if cole sucks he sucks but if the knicks pick vassell and cole blows up on another team
it's not like this draft is a sure bet so knicks might as well roll the dice
vassell seems like a 3 & D role player
How would you even judge that without knowing what a player is being told to do within the offensive system?Offense dude offense. I know you would quote me with some dumb shyt about defense.
It’s easy to see. Lonzo is the same. How would you even judge that without knowing what a player is being told to do within the offensive system?

Watch Dort and how hard he drives and his movement and relocation off the ball. Or how Dort got scored on by Westbrook and went right back at him on the other end. Motor is how hard a player plays.
Frank does not play hard on offense. He’s a player throughout his career who has been afraid of contact and hesitant to shoot. A player who disappears and goes through the motions at times. He has not shows that situational scoring instinct.
The hell are you talking about offensive system? How many times have we seen Frank hesitant to take a midrange dribble pull up off a screen? Unable to get all the way to the rim? Afraid of contact? How many times has this 6’5 7’1 wingspan guy said fukk it I’m gonna take it to the rim strong and dunk it?

Oubre and #10 for Randle and maybe pick #27 actually makes sense for the Suns. Their starting lineup seems set with Rubio, Booker, Mychal, Cam, and Ayton.
So if the biggest need for the Suns is a sixth man scorer who can come in and be the offense when Booker and Ayton get rest. Randle would be a much better sixth man than Oubre. His game is made for it. It would also let them let Saric walk and avoid overpaying him. Plus if Randle doesn’t work, fine they can move him or let him walk. Throwing in #27 means they can take a flyer on one of the later PGs like Mannion, or Pritchard. I actually think it could work really well for them.
For the Knicks Oubre could be worth the risk, he was playing better, but he isn’t a consistent 3pt shot threat. Getting pick #10 alongside pick #8 means two lottery picks in this draft. That would be a pretty good haul.

how does Randle free them up financially?Oubre and #10 for Randle and maybe pick #27 actually makes sense for the Suns. Their starting lineup seems set with Rubio, Booker, Mychal, Cam, and Ayton.
