Foxx is the exact type of PG you want next to Haliburton though. That’s why he wasn’t a good fit for us. I don’t think he’s a pg.
I don’t think Haliburton is either at least in the half court :francis:

Dude is a fake Zo, a fast break passer.

I really don’t think Haliburton’s three point shooting will translate and De’Aaron is already a poor outside shooter

Team is a mess dumb fukks passed on Luka with a Euro front office

Fox had the Gaul to clown us on Twitter too fukk him

They need to come up offa Hield tho when you talk about the elite shooters it’s a short list on his level or better. Klay, Robinson, Bertans, etc.

Agreed. Idk why beat writers are souring on FVV to the Knicks. Raptors drafting Flynn while the Knicks blatantly ignored the pg position can’t have just been a coincidence. I think a bunch of deals have been done and that’s why the draft looked like it did (like Phoenix drafting a Baynes replacement so high).

FVV and one of Harris, Gordon Hayward, Bogdan or Buddy would make these a real fukking team for once.

Side note: i actually wish free agency would be before draft (officially) like the nfl.

To play off the bench? We’re actively trying to get rid of a PF.
I figured they'd try and play him at sf, but yeah he probably is strictly a PF at this stage of his career. I don't think the Knicks come away from this off-season without signing at least one CAA guy though.

I think the fact that it's a rapid offseason is why there were so many picks that seemed like blatant replacements. I'm looking at FVV and Harris heavy. We didn't get a lead guard or a starting SG, granted Bullock can fill that role.

I'm high key intrigued at the idea of a Quickley/Frank backcourt off the bench. Lots of defense and Frank can keep building on his ball handling while Quickley opens up the floor. That bench unit ought to be fun to watch.

The other thing I'm doing ASAP is calling the Pelicans. Bledsoe, Hill and Kira added to a team with Lonzo and NAW. We can take any one of those dudes off their hands and be in better shape. Lonzo or Hill could work, of course Kira too but literally any of these dudes.
