If both parents are mixed, then it is not unusual for some of their children to come out with different shades of skin tone or hair texture. Their next child might be the same shade of them or darker.

The child should be around 3/4ths black given Omarion is AA and the mother is mixed. To wit, even 1/2 black children have curly hair as an intermediate feature between black's tightly coiled hair and non-black's loose hair. This child is even more black than 1/2 black yet his hair looks entirely like a Mexican's. Chances are the child isn't Omarion's.
