When I left work yesterday people were getting off the trains with pop up chairs and umbrellas. It was like 87 degrees. Keep in mind, there is NO WHERE for these people to go once the museum/planetarium /aquarium close.
The closest gas station is at least 20 minutes walking. You can’t cross the street. You have to walk under underpasses then down a street.
