On a scale of 1-10, how important is "white" validation to you?

How many people are lying to themselves That Burna Boy thread is over 300 posts deep cause he showed Jimmy Fallon The Running Man. Muhfukkas WANT that validation BAD whether they realize it or not.

I don't need white validation, but I find that having white allies or non Black allies in general is darn near necessary to move up in the workplace. At least that is how it is for me..

I haven't had a white friend since college. I dont Pawg, i live in a mostly black area so zero. The only white folks i interact with is at work, but I dont speak with them much about anything but work.
