I agree in a way. I work for a call center health insurance company and talking to a robot and talking to a live person isn't the same. This especially true whenever you try calling somewhere and get stuck on one of those auto machines. Got me screaming "REPRESENTATIVE" cuz the damn machine so annoying. People need a live person, not a machine.zero

Lol. I took the CAMs many months ago w/o really studying and I almost past it. If I study forreal it's not that hard, but they do ask very specific questions.
I am planning to study for about 5 hours every Saturday and Sunday between now and the end of December do you think that will be enough
