on average, how many meals you eat a day?

i noticed if i have 1 really good and fillin' meal, then i eat pretty light for the rest of the day

i had 1 big meal earlier today and that was for lunch but that's all i've eaten

bout to make somethin' for dinner

but for the most part, if i eat 1 big meal and then just a random assortment of food throughout the day, i'm good

Usually a morning smoothie and a big dinner, which is not good cause it halts the process of getting the metabolism flowing. And I hate cooking breakfast, love eating it, but hate having to make it.

I don't eat meals I drink kale smoothies and take vitamins/b12 injections.

I usually eat 2 rather large meals, and eat fresh, organic fruits throughout the day.
