It's only right that a person pairs up with someone who shares their values and principles, if not all then most. Woman who is a member of a church would see a man who is a member of a congregation as at least sharing the same religious values. No, really religious women will come at you the same way even if you met in person, eventually. For them, a church going man is a moral man (despite whatever past experiences they had that illustrate that isn’t some definite thing). On those occasions you really can only keep it real. Some women will express their own “crisis of faith,” others will try to understand or persuade you, and some will shun you. Welcome to the club, OP.
My point about the dating site is that the woman is obviously seeking somebody out, and will weed out some guys right away. A religious woman that you meet somewhere face to face has the time to get to know what kind of person you are and what values you hold during the course of the friendship/courtship.

But working in the same building is strike one and me knowing shes heavy on the religious tip and I'm not is probably strike two and three.
