My homie killed the Nash hire and says that if we dont win a championship within the next 2 years we are going to basketball hell as a franchise.

Basketball hell is not having control of your own picks, either through pick swaps or not having them period. You already made it through hell.
All you can ask for is a chance and as much as everyone liked D'lo and the team building concept, it's not debatable our ceiling and floor is much higher than 12 months ago.
Best case scenario is winning it all, worse case is do last year again in a few years. We've got one of the best front offices in the league, we'll be alright regardless.
