I just dont get it
1. If a player Is having a good game (Durant,Lebron,Rondo) they get hit with the "He just padding his stats"
2. But the next line these days are "why dont we have more 50-60 point games?

How can you have it both ways? Should the player not try to grab the rebound? Or not shoot?

:mindblown::mindblown::mindblown::mindblown::mindblown::mindblown::mindblown::damn::damn::damn::damn::damn::damn::damn::damn:.....Please help me understand.

Stat Padding Can Either Be When You Go Out Your Way For A Certain Stat To The Detriment Of The Team Or When Its Garbage Time And Your Just Adding To Your Stats Cuz No One Out There Cares

Stat Padding Is Not Getting A Triple Double Naturally In a Good Competitive Game

You Need This Explained To You?

Rondo Is A Good Player But When You Pass Out Of A Open Layup When Your Alone On a Fastbreak Cuz Your'e Chasing Some Assist Record Thats Not Cool

Another Example Was Josh Smith (I Think It Was Him) Purposly Missing His Own Shots To Get A Rebound To Complete A Triple Double

i remember someone posting a clip of Rondo, don't remember the game, where he's all alone on fast break going to the basket and actually waits for one of his teamate to catch up to him so he could lob him a pass

When the game is out of reach, late in last quatter or half, yet a star player is in there still playing and contributing.

Dont act like you don't know this shyt

The Patriots in 2007 is a great example of this

So was Tebow's 2007 Heisman Season

Rondo likes to pass that's his thing so does LBJ...... Ricky Davis triple double was crazy but damn if they on the floor and a rebound comes their way and a player grabs it ...... Oh he stay padding but then go crazy when a person on their fav team have a wild stat line that all they talk about ..... Like my boy won't shut up about Drummond now.

But people want 60-50 point games !!!! So the only way to do this without stat padding is for it to be a close game? Kobe's 81 was not close with the raptors.

Kobe even stated that he was going for the record

forcing shots to achieve personal goals = stat padding

meh so you would have to call anyone who has 60+ points in a game a stat padder. Wilt, jordan, etc would also be stat padders.

That's my point when did these goal post get moved ? Where was I when these unspoken rules came in?
