The question which one I want to go, I said Red because i dont listen to em:yeshrug:

I get what you're saying. I'm just saying that these polls are better when people have actually heard the discog. Otherwise, why even vote?

I can't stand Wayne at all, but I know his so-called 'best material'. Have you heard Red's best material?

I'm going strictly impact in my decision, their styles are too different to compare.

I own Muddy Waters, awesome album but in terms of impact Urban Legend and King outshine it. They still play songs from those albums heavy on radio today.Bring Em Out is still part of club mixes, and it's been 10 years.

Redman's most popular/biggest impact song is probably Time 4 Sum Aksion which we'll hear occasionally in a movie, but you'll hear T.I's songs in more movies, commercials and shows.

Really isn't a hard decision when you look at the outcomes.

Put it another way, if you could own 3 of these artists' publishing, which ones would you take?

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
:dahell:

Red was one of the biggest rappers in the game at one point. Early in the 90s, and even throughout the 90s. especially in the late 90s.

AMONG OTHERS DROPPING HEAT. i.e. actual competition.

Something that Weezy F Garbage never had to face.

At any point in his career could Redman headline a national tour by himself?

you deserve a neg train for this :pacspit:
Why? Do you think he was a star on the level as the others?

Redman has sold between 3-4 million solo albums in 20 plus years

dmx is at 20 million since 98'

lil wayne is around 15 million, and sold the bulk of his as people stopped buying records

T.I. is around 11 million and also seen some of his best success as the music game was falling off

T.I. created stars
wayne created stars
dmx didnt create but was the leader of the RR run as he was the flagship artists leading the pitbull in the skirt and inspiring "the pups" to leave bad boy, with his success

Red has done nothing and even his most notable singles are not that impactful outside of people whom think that "real hiphop" is dusty early ninties east coast music ONLY

So more white people bought X, TI and Wayne records? Ok.
And Red didn't break artists? Who cares.
His music was the best.
