I'm convinced all the nikkas quick to say Face aren't familiar with his catalog. He's the most consistent MC in the history of hiphop

It comes down to either face or ghost for most consistent catalogue in hip hop hands down. Sure nas got illmatic, written, stillmatic but let's face it he's dropped some mediocre to just good shyt. Same with cube like someone mentioned earlier afte like 93 his shyt was just average to good (minus maybe war and peace vol 1 and westside connect first album) but face in my opinion hasn't dropped an album anything less than great (his worst being made which is still a dope ass album)

damn, face went and it wasnt even close. ice cube gotta be one of the most natural presences on a mic i ever heard though. his humor is also possibly the best we ever seen. cube should probably be the universal GOAT if there was no coastal biases. but we know NY bias not gonna accept that. Did any NY MC give us in order. Straight Outta Compton, AmeriKKKaz Most Wanted, Kill At Will, Death Certificate, The Predator? If a New York MC did that? yall would have built a statue of dude by now. and Cube wasnt dropping revisionist classics, he was delivering in the moment, when the heat and pressure was on.

Ghostface is my other pick for most consistent, too But Scarface doesn't have a wack album, verse and I can't even think of even one straight up wack song. He has more classic solo albums than any MC IMO, not to mention the geto boys albums. These kids need to really listen to all of his work before they just toss him out like it's an easy choice.

I may get negged for this but I'm throwing Nas to the bushes. I grew up on westcoast and southern rap. Face is my #1 and most likely your favorite rappers favorite. His style, production, and lyrics are 8/10 or better on every album. Cube was always a beast on the mic, from Amerikkka's Most Wanted all the way to War & Peace.....

face ain't never released not a 1 weak or wack album and while ice cube fell off once the mid 90's hit, his music from the late 80's with n.w.a. and then his solo work from amerikka's most wanted to the predator was so great that's it's impossible to dismiss him like that

nas after it was written had a really rocky career and the music took a serious hit after that album although he came back somethin' fierce with stillmatic and ether but face and cube have had much stronger and better runs than nas as far as albums and consistency go
