One of my biggest fears is being mistaken for a person that somebody wants to kill

I know it's irrational, but sometimes when in public that thought runs through my mind.
Sometimes I'll be out walking and I think there is somebody in a car like, "There he is right there. Let's line him up."
Or somebody hired a hitman and I just so happen to look just like their target.

:damn:

It'll probably never happen, but I still think about it sometimes.
Stop being scared and get you a pole, wont need to worry anymore.

Being Black in America means there will always be a low to moderate threat to your life whether you see it or not. Be it the hands of overzealous police, substandard health or just being on the wrong end of crime.

:russ: But that’s the only pickup line that women have. “Do I know you from somewhere” or “you look familiar.”

RIP Eric. Black and Brown from 90’s - 00’s wasn’t anything to play with.

Reminds me of this incident in Philly with these dumb ass YNs killed these two teens because they thought they were so and so from a different block.

The irony that the victim wanted to be a cop, and the cops arrested him with the exact same cuffs that was given to the victim :wow:
