Both defenses had banged up starters then. The game was just like this one, until halftime, when it slightly opened, and broke in 4th quarter b/c replacement D was spent. It was okay....but I could say it fukked because Seattle threw the game away when they had Beast Mode who almost got it in.
I literally can pick out the fukkery in that game and make it look like shyt too. This ain't the 90's SB's.

nope.. its like a 79-73 clunker in the NBA... missed shots, turnovers, sloppy passing, bad officiating.. we never say "wow that was a great exciting defensive matchup"

So what makes "good game"? in your opinion.
Defense forcing 3 and outs is what happens when they do their job correctly. Its good football, the same way mayweather is a great fighter that makes matches shytty because of his skill.

Sometimes a great game is created by fukkery though. It's all about moments.
This game lacked it. It's simply not going to be a highly thought of Super Bowl when people rank the great Super Bowls, no biggie.

I can promise it will. Tied for the sack record. Carolina was on the verge of a great comeback, until the "executive decision". I don't see it as bad as ya'll do.

I'm a Mayweather fan. But that doesn't make all his fights great because HE excels while the other boxer didn't, it just shows how great a performer he is. I think he performed masterfully in the Pacquio fight, but the fight still wasn't entertaining because of that.
Like I said in my previous post, it's all about moments. Sometimes "fukkery" adds to the greatness of a game. There was definitely great performances tonight, but that doesn't make it a great game. I wouldn't call today's game shytty either. It was just...average. It wasn't really entertaining is all. Props to both defenses though. It was enjoyable to see them doing their thing, but that still didn't make the game entertaining to me...and A LOT of other people watching.

That's tough man. I really don't think it will. Super Bowls people remember for moments. Not necessarily the Xs and Os of it all.

You could be right, but those sack fumbles and that into the endzone. Peyton could only play within himself, which was the main letdown. Maybe if Brock was in there. They really, really, really need to get rid of Demetrius Thomas. I don't know what the hell has been up with dude this year.
But if he could catch, Brock would be in this SB instead.
It was good to me, for the frustration factor alone. Seemed like every time Cam was getting into some rhythm, he was running for his life again. That led to a lot of misthrows. Panther's got at Peyton too.

this game didnt have that fire even with big sacks by ware and von, it lacked an exclamation point. And yea, no huge moments that make it stand out, there will be plays discussed ad nauseum this week, but I don't see much being recounted in years to come. And what's more is everything about the game will be erased and become about manning getting that second ring/ride into the sunset
