That's why you gotta stay in shape, at this point I'd even contemplate buying a small lot and have a narrow house built, 3 story home:blessed:

What city in Arizona do you live in? Do you like living over there?

I'm in Phoenix. I like it. It's definitely a big change from living out east, but it's not that hard to get used to, really. The heat is a bit overstated from most people, because the city/state knows how to work around it.

It has nothing to do with 2 stories.

Its mainly the balancing of the duct work, how many units and zones you have.

I live in a 2 story with over 3,000 sq ft in the south. I have it on 72 upstairs and downstairs with no problems.

Ill be damned if I walk into my crib and its over 75 degrees in the summer time.
Same here. I only have 1 unit. It cools both upstairs and downstairs. 71-72 upstairs and downstairs no problem. Big Dog shyt

Is there a lot of racism/magas over in Arizona?

Of course depending on where you live geographically .

But like here in Texas, everyone I know with 2 story house, including mine, either one part gets hot as f and it cools unevenly and it's hard to keep both levels cool without an insane electric bill. Especially now that it's 105 degrees EVERYDAY. If you turn your upstairs air off to conserve, it'll jump up to 89-90 degrees quickly. Especially if it's like 4pm-6pm

One story houses, even old ones are just easier to cool across the board.
I’m confused y’all don’t have central air out there:dwillhuh:

I'll put it this way: I imagine there are, but the most I ever see first hand are people with thin blue line license plates, or the random old fukk with a Let's Go Brandon t-shirt. Most I actually see of it is shyt on TV.
