"One" World Trade Center or "One World" Trade Center??

They have regular addresses and they also have building numbers. For example, the building called "7 World Trade Center" located on 250 Greenwich St also burned and collapsed on 9/11.

I'm not sure what your point is, the person I replied to used "one police plaza" as an example and I'm pretty sure "one" is the address to that building which was the purpose of my reply.

Not saying I agree with OP but the "one" is the name, not the number. The buildings address is 285 Fulton st.

But there's no street named Police Plaza though.

And op still won't say what the significance of the "one" is for those bulding names.
