I'm to the point now where my muscle memory is so crazy that i toy around with my limits. Like I'll not hit the gym for two weeks, just do my elliptical machine and be on some hollywood actor shyt dropping weight only to then pop up again swole in the next role.
Breh, that is the best part. If I slack, I notice them gains shrink fast. But give it a couple weeks back on the grind, im swelled up again like I never left.
