The Tsarnaevs were American, so this doesn't rule out the motive of radical islamic terrorism. Doesn't mean it's definitely islamic terrorism, but it doesn't rule it out. ISIS attackers are often citizens of the country they attack.

Anyway, media reports right now are all fukked up with people unnecessarily trying to push political narratives so early. There's no reason to not just wait until we get more information.
