The Tsarnaev Brothers sounded and looked like everyday Americans. As did the Orlando attacker, who was born in America. All of the Paris attackers were EU citizens. Many ISIS attackers are naturalized or born citizens of the country they end up attacking.
Now the media is speculating that the shooter may have had mental health issues. Code words for White dude.

Has the identity of the shooter(s) been revealed? Certain websites are claiming it was a muslim terrorist whilst others are speculating that the shooter(s) might be a white German citizen.
