Its not that they dont count,but each country has different rules.

Its like that thread that was made a while back where someone said kendrick went platinum on tpab but really he had sold 1 million worldwide. Nothing wrong with that,but thats not platinum.

It really is tho, if you sale ten million records you sold ten million copies to someone. That's diamond to me, whatever em sold worldwide is the real number cause he got paid for those units all the same. I always thought that was a dumb rule

But diamond is a certification for an individual country.
