That said, Cuban Linx is a masterpiece and gets regular burn to this day

I think for some reason Liquid Swords maybe has aged a bit better. idk why, but it seems to be the more relevant album these days.

Id say Cuban Linx though.. that album really resonates with me. Ive been cruising to that shyt since high school.

OBC4L is the GOAT Wu solo release, but I love Liquid Swords too. But to be honest the only real high point on LS was ShadowBoxing. OBC4L has wayy too many songs that are as good as or better than Shadowboxing.

And I could go on. Liquid Swords is a great display of GZA's lyrical ability, and the production was great and it was nice and compact, no whack songs but more or les good songs and one classic song (imo) being Shadowboxing.

But OBC4L is just on another plateau.
