That's the beautiful thing about capitalism. Someone comes up with a bad business idea and ends up losing a great deal of money. When her business fails I hope a black person buys the storefront property.

I doubt a black person will buy up the property but you are right in the first half. Bad business idea that will lose a ton of money.
