I prefer the original. Stepson lacked the energy and emotion. It's easy to put some nice beats under the vocals, but it lacks what made the original great. For example, 9th's "Warrior Song" sounds inferior to the original. As a standalone beat, it's cool, but it doesn't sound right with Nas's verses on it.
