Agreed, as far as student loans...colleges aren't lowering their tuition so $10k would stack back up quick as shyt AND it's one time so they're gonna have to do it again.
Just get rid of the interest...shyt is stupid. Schools and their bloated ass prices still get to eat, and the government gets back exactly what they put out. We print it anyway, so it's not like we're taking from one aspect of the budget to pay another.

As far as the bold is concerned, he did that already for federal possession charges. He doesn't have the power to do this for state charges. It's up to each individual state governor.
