I don't have an OnlyFans account or engage in that tier of degeneracy but generally speaking and from reading listening to different podcasts there's little oversight of age and potential human trafficking. It's a massive problem in Europe and South America and I would imagine globally... the money can ultimately end up funding other criminal activity and even terrorism.
