I remember the shock of hearing AWGIU for the first time. Bacdafucup was one of my fav albums of that time.

shut em down is a great album, too. not as good as the first, two. but still good

All We Got Iz Us is better, better production, better lyrics, less gimmicky. You gotta respect what these dudes did. They could've easily made an album with "Slam" type joints that would've gotten even more radio play than their debut. Instead they made a gritty, grimey hardcore NY album

Sticky's verse right here is one of my favorites ever

Man, you kids are in here revising like hell. Bacdafucup is waaaaaay better than this album. They created a whole vibe on the first one.


I didn't even like this album really. All the best songs were already on mixtapes. They had to come with the meth & smoothe & trigger remixes to keep afloat after the streets rejected this record too.

This album is definitely underrated. When people talk about the best albums of 95, it deserves to mentioned in the same breath as Cuban Linx, The Infamous, Liquid Swordz, Me Against the World, and Dogg Food.

Sticky shoulda been a bigger solo artist, at least close to the level of a Redman, Meth, Busta, NORE, or Camron. He really carried Onyx all those years. Really wished that Aftermath deal had materialized.
