Open Bar at wedding reception: Yay or Nay

those against it usually recite the cost and the fact that they arent trying to allow people to get drunk on their dime, personally I like what my cousin did at his wedding, he gave all those in attendance 2 tickets to get 2 free drinks of their choice, after that they had to buy. The people who didnt drink (ie my mother) gave me her 2 tickets, so I was able to get 4 drinks before I opened my wallet
