Open Carry laws, do you agree or disagree?

I was reading today that Texas senante has passed a law to allow handguns to be openly displayed starting JAN 1st 2016. I was just wondering what are some of the thoughts of you guys on this law.

I've seen the rallies all over texas & it's nothing but white people protesting & advocating for this. I believe once cops & white gun holders start to see a bunch of blacks, mexicans & arabs exercising the same law then changes will be made quickly... They're also considering letting students carry handguns in college classrooms as well.

I have my concealed weapons license & I'm all for citizens protecting themselves & carrying their guns concealed but I think people walking into walmart, schools & parks with ruger's on their hips can be contemptuous to a lot of people.

I think some gun holder holders(cowards) will feel a la like GZ that anyone who even remotely looks like they're about to do something "wrong" then they will feel powerful & take the law into their hands and/or "stand their ground" & cry self defense. Texas is a real shyt bag racist state & I believe this will cause a lot of problems...

I dont even agree with conceal and carry...its enough crime going on without everyone totting a pistol around

People will just increase the odds of stressful situations ending negatively and or in death. Folks carry a weapon and feel like superheroes.
