Bran ultimately ending up on the throne doesn't seem that far-fetched to me, especially if he is ruling with a council.
Perhaps it was even foreshadowed back in Season 4. I think back to the conversation Tywin was having with Tommen in the Sept over Joffrey's body. He inquired his grandson what makes a good king. Tommen said holiness, justice, and strength. Tywin told him in addition to all that, what a good king really needs is wisdom.
At this point, who is the wisest person left but Bran. Isn't he like the physical embodiment of that at this point? This ending wouldn't be expected, for sure, but it doesn't seem that unbelievable.

I’m not even mad if Dany goes crazy. She lost Jorah, two dragons, Missandei, all of the Dothraki, a lot of her Unsullied soldiers and she’s still treated as an outsider after all her sacrifice 
Truth be told, Daenerys should have stayed in Meereen and built a new empire in Slavers Bay. Could have taken over Meereen, Astaphor, and Yunkai and built a new “Valyria” there. She left my man Daario for Jon Snow only to get did dirty after she served her purpose in the Great War

That cross bow is probably deadly as fukk when you have 6 people helping you load it up and move it around. Bronn was getting them off at a decent clip by himself
